CHOCOLATE TART

No-Bake Vegan & Gluten-Free Chocolate Tart

made with 6 simple ingredients.






INGREDIENTS ------------------


400 ml coconut milk [1 can]

250 g dark chocolate

300 g ground almonds

55 g cacao powder [1/2 cup]

90 ml cup maple syrup [ca. 1/3 cup]

3 tbsp melted coconut oil






METHOD ------------------


  1. Heat coconut milk in a pot over a low heat, once warm add the chocolate and stir until melted. Set aside to cool and make the base⁣.

  2. Add the ground almonds, cacao powder, maple syrup, coconut oil to a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

  3. Place the mix in a tart tin and press down with fingers or a tablespoon.

  4. Pour the chocolate mix into the base and place in the fridge until it's firmed up [ca. 3 hours].

  5. Top with fresh fruit, cocoa nibs, dust with cocoa powder. Enjoy!
